What is balinaOS?
Selling online in Türkiye rarely means one store. A brand runs a WooCommerce or ikas site, lists the same products on Trendyol, Hepsiburada and Çiçeksepeti, ships with three cargo companies and keeps its books somewhere else. Every channel has its own panel, its own stock and its own reports.
balinaOS brings all of it into a single dashboard. It is a multi-tenant SaaS: every company gets its own workspace, connects its stores and marketplaces, and manages products, orders, payments, refunds and reports from one place.
What it does
- Products & inventory: one catalogue mapped to every channel, with stock, purchase price and matching status side by side.
- Orders, payments & refunds: marketplace orders sync automatically and land in a single list.
- Reports: real profitability across stores instead of revenue per panel.
- Shipping: tracking for 10+ carriers such as MNG, Yurtiçi, Aras, HepsiJET and PTT, plus a WooCommerce plugin that writes tracking back to the store.
- Accounting: Paraşüt and BizimHesap integrations with encrypted credentials.
- Marketing: customers from orders become contacts; AI drafts email campaigns that can be sent or scheduled.
Designing for operators
The people using balinaOS live in tables all day, so the product is built around calm, dense lists. The products page replaced a crowded filter bar with a single filter button: active filters appear as chips and can be saved as tabs. Sortable columns, card-style rows and clear status chips (matched, active, passive) make hundreds of products scannable at a glance.
AI in the workflow
AI is used where it removes busywork: generating product content in the AI Creator, writing campaign emails from a short brief, and an Instagram DM agent that answers customers using the store’s own products, orders and shipping data.
